![]() By manually adjsuting the seed size it is possible to control the counting of particles. Thus, for example, canola seeds in a sample pass drop into the receptacle without being counted. Particles which are significantly smaller in size are not counted. The instrument can recognise when the receptacle or the feed container is absent, stops counting and reports the fact on the display so that no operating faults occur. Counting speed may also be manually adjusted. Shortly before counting is completed, the Contador reduces its counting speed so that no more seeds are counted than have been preset. This guarantess optimum use of the counting capacity and reduces counting time to a minimum whilst maintaining counting accuracy. ![]() Dosing tray 3 for corn, beans and peas is available at extra cost. Furthermore, this seed counter will be supplied with a dosing tray 1 (for small seeds and rapeseed) and dosing tray 2 (for grain, sunflowers and rye). The Contador is suitable for grains with a diameter of 0.3 to 15mm. With seeds stuck to it, and lay face up on counter. Microprocessor Engineering for User-friendliness: The Contador selects its counting speed automatically dependent on the size of the material to be counted. The material to be counted reaches the outlet and falls in to the receptacle through a photoelectric counter. Flexible Principle: The feed container is held in place by an electromagnet and vibraiton induced during counting.Contador: Count and fill all seeds form 0.3mm to 15mm
